Good stuff. So it'll be unpopular because it makes fun of Star Wars, (and I have to admit everyone's "if it's not positive don't bother" excuses hilarious) but this is good. Intresting graphical style, and great voice acting! Plus, the great little points about that mess of an episode 3 were ABSOLUTELY TRUE, good to see someone sees sense and all...

Skittles N' Bitz has a history of being not funny whatsoever, but it seems you've taken that onboard, and humour-wise the series is looking up. There are still too many "woo-hoo, he fell over. Why do I care again?" moments, but there were some sketches (i.e. the Megaman "I AM A PIMP" one) which made no sense but were still very funny.

So, for the future, be sure to make more, but really focus on humour: we know you're a good spriter, you don't need to show off your sprites anymore: now we need you to REALLY use them. Keep it up!

The series is really going downhill...

Please stop churning out Foamy cartoons like you're doing these days.
The novelty is wearing thin, and the 'quantity over quality' thing is annoying.
And what's the racism for? America's currently not the most wonderful nation on Earth, you know. Why not point out what's wrong with your precious country before you start going on about India and other 'inferior' countries.
Sit down and WRITE a Foamy cartoon, don't just throw out whatever crap comes into your head: the majority may be eating it up now, but they'll see the light in the end, and then you'll be in trouble.

Well-written and all, but...

I think you're trying to hard to be controversial here. A lot of what you said was just stupid. So, news readers are automatically fascist "jerk-offs" who "laugh from behind their desks" at the people in N.O. Untrue. Some points were correct, i.e. the looters, and people are going to love this because it seem all politically correct and anti-media and rebelious etc. But still, I know it's a Rant, but ajimate it and don't just say a load of crap for the hell of it.
But Foamy's attitude is still irrespresible!
